These Booking Terms apply to direct reservations and stays at Blue Dolphin Studios & Apartment, in Vagia, Aegina. By confirming a reservation with us, the guest accepts these Terms.
1. Reservation Requests
A reservation request made through our website, email, or phone is not considered confirmed until we send written confirmation.
2. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€) and apply per accommodation, per night, unless clearly stated otherwise. An additional stay tax may apply according to Greek law.
3. Deposit and Payment
A 30% deposit of the total price is required after booking. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. The full price of the booking will be charged if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 13:30–20:00. Check-out: 06:00–11:00. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
6. Breakfast
Breakfast is served on the veranda. It is not included in the room rate.
7. Accessibility
Unfortunately, due to the steps leading to the studios & apartment, Blue Dolphin is NOT suitable for wheelchair users or guests with walking difficulties.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
9. Maximum Occupancy
Each accommodation has a set maximum permitted occupancy (3–5 guests, depending on type). The number of guests must be stated accurately at the time of booking.
10. Swimming Pool
Blue Dolphin has a shared pool for guest use. [TODO: confirm whether a lifeguard is present]. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
11. Guest Responsibility & Personal Belongings
Guests are expected to use the property and equipment with care. Guests are responsible for their own belongings — the property is not liable for loss or damage, unless caused by its proven fault.
12. Force Majeure
The property is not liable for delays in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control (extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.).
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Greece.
